Yes, you can return the power bank at any CHARGESPOT station.

No, each CHARGESPOT power bank has built-in Lightning, USB-C, and Micro-USB cables. They are compatible with most smartphones and devices.

CHARGESPOT power banks have a capacity of 5,000mAh, which provides about 1–2 full charges depending on your device.

Yes, you can rent multiple power banks.
Troubleshooting & Issues

Press the side button on the power bank to turn it on (lights will appear). If it still doesn’t work, please return the unit within 5 minutes to avoid charges and rent a different one.

Please make sure the power bank is fully inserted into the slot until it clicks into place. The light beside the slot on the station will illuminate, and the confirmation will appear on the screen.

If the power bank is not returned within 48 hours, a total of €30 will be charged, which was pre-authorized at the start of the rental in accordance with the Terms & Conditions.

You can find your Order ID when you return the power bank to any CHARGESPOT station. The touch screen will display a confirmation screen showing your Order ID along with your rental details.

Standard pricing:
No charge if returned within 5 minutes
€3 up to 2 hours
€6 from 2 hours up to 24 hours
€12 from 24 hours up to 48 hours

We accept credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

It is a pre-authorization. Your bank or card will temporarily authorize €30 at the start of your rental. After you return the power bank, the actual rental fee will be charged (depending on rental duration), and the unused amount will be released. If you do not return the power bank within 48 hours, the full €30 may be charged to cover replacement and overdue costs.

That €30 is a temporary hold (security deposit). Once the rental ends, you’re only charged the actual rental amount. The rest is refunded, but it may take a few days to reflect on your account.

If the station doesn’t respond or an error occurs, please try again or visit another nearby CHARGESPOT station. If the issue continues, contact our support team via email for assistance. You will not be charged extra for any problems caused by station malfunction.
