This policy describes how INFORICH EUROPE LTD (also referred to as "Controller ", "we" or "us") will make use of your data when you use our services whether accessed through the physical CHARGESPOT battery stands operated by us (also referred as “Service”).
It also describes your data protection rights, including the right to object to some of the processing which Controller carries out. More information about your rights, and how to exercise them, is set out in the “Your choices and rights” section.

We collect and process personal data about you when you interact with us and when you purchase Services from us through our physical CHARGESPOT battery stands and when you use our Services and communicate with us. This may include:

There are instances where we have a legitimate interest to use your data. Our legitimate interest will vary depending on what we are using your data for, and we explain above what the interest is and how it relates to the processing operations that we are carrying out. - Controller group companies - to operate, improve, and develop our services
- Third party service providers - when we employ other companies to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include website and application hosting, responding to inquiries from customers, inquiries from us to customers, providing relevant after-sales services
- Payment processing service providers to process payments
- Courts, authorities, regulatory agency, or other public institutions if required by law or where necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims
5. Where we transfer your personal data
Your personal data will primarily be stored on secure servers managed by third-party located in Germany. However, we may also transfer and store your personal data at a destination outside the EEA, due to the global nature of our business.
Your personal data may be transferred to the UK where our company is registered and to Japan where our parent company INFORICH INC. (株式会社INFORICH) is located. These transfers are particularly for purposes of technical support or customer service.
According to the Adequacy Decisions from the EU Commission both the UK and Japan provide an adequate level of data protection, so we ensured that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect the transfer of your personal data to these countries.

If you do not provide us Identification Information and Contact Information we will not be able to conclude the contract with you and provide you our Services. The provision of other information is optional, however lack of these information might impact the way we are providing you our Service or the accessibility of these Service.
