For any issues, please contact customer support via the app.

Incorrect return

Do not return the CHARGESPOT backwards, with loose cables, or with any inappropriate items in the slot.
Examples of  prohibited returns
If all slots are full, please do not leave the power bank.
Use the app to find another CHARGESPOT station (marked with yellow pins) and return it there.
Your rental time will continue if the power bank is not returned properly.

Selling or listing CHARGESPOT devices on flea markets or auction sites is strictly prohibited. If you come across any such listings, please report them to customer support.
Do not keep it
Please note that the power bank belongs to INFORICH. As this is a rental service, you are required to return it after use.
Please make sure to return CHARGESPOT to the station after use.

Damage or Tampering
Forcing the power bank to open or removing its parts may cause damage and compromise its safety.
* If you find the cable damaged, or if you accidentally damage it, please contact customer support. Do not return the power bank to the station without reporting the issue, as it may inconvenience the next user.

CHARGESPOT is intended for personal use only. Any commercial use is strictly prohibited. Please refer to the relevant section of the terms of use for more details.
